Don is a Founding Partner for Pesta, Finnie & Associates, L. L. P. in Charlotte, NC, leading the firm in partnership taxation, public accounting, real estate, and litigation support practice with a particular emphasis in partnership taxation. Don brings 44 years of tax and business experience to our Advisory Committee.

Previously, Don was a Partner in Arthur Andersen’s real estate practice and served on the 20-Partner firm-wide Real Estate Industry Executive Team, which monitored real estate industry issues and coordinated the firm’s Carolina real estate practice.

Don is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with high honors in accountancy and law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been an active participant in numerous real estate industry organizations.
