Frances is a recently retired Shareholder and Personal Financial Services Practice Leader at Elliott Davis. With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, including 10 years with a Big Four accounting firm, she has deep knowledge of federal and state taxation. During her tenure, Frances specialized in estate and wealth transfer planning and led the Personal Financial Services Practice.

Frances is a graduate of Duke University. She is an active volunteer in the Greenville community and currently serves on the Endowment Board of the Greenville Humane Society.
